Buyer/Decision Maker

Fill out the Buyer Registration Form and provide confirmation from your bank, along with required verification documents from your legal counsel that confirms your ability to transact at the volumes of the trade contract or Commercial Invoice (CI) by deposit, in cash, of the amount(s) required to close on the transaction in a designated escrow account.

The Result: Once verified by Petrolodex, you gain access to verified fuel supply, complete storage and transportation coordination, and your legal representatives have direct access to attorneys representing fuel suppliers.

Once confirmed as a qualified Buyer, you begin the process of negotiating terms with the Selling Party (Refinery, National Oil Company, or verified Trader) for either pickup (FOB) or delivery (CIF) of your selected fuel. Upon completion of required due diligence and confirmation of your ability to receive fuel and transfer payment, Petrolodex begins processing trade closing documents.

The Result: Once verified by Petrolodex, you gain access to verified fuel supply, complete storage and transportation coordination, and your legal representatives have direct access to attorneys representing fuel suppliers

Upon signing all necessary trade documents, and once delivery or pickup of the fuel is established through our Logistics Team, funds held in escrow are transferred to the Selling Party upon the change of control of the fuel to you, either on ship or in tanks.

The Guarantee: Your fuel is guaranteed as Petrolodex has already physically verified your fuel supply from authenticated sources before payment release.
